Rising CO2 Levels

America is a little confused right now.  The country is seeming to be more divided than it has been in 50 years and it is all stemming from this presidential election.  The scary thing is, president-elect Donald Trump doesn't believe in global warming and climate change.  Climate change is a very real danger that needs to be addressed, in the next 50 years we may see some drastic changes in our ecosystems.  One of the largest threats is to the coral reefs around the world.  Rising CO2 levels in our atmosphere cause the water temperatures warm and rise, and causes it to become more acidic.  The more acidic the water becomes, the more the reefs and all of the creatures that live in them will be affected.  One way this happens is the reefs will become bleached and the life in the reef will seize to exist.  This in turn will affect the people in these areas who rely on the reefs to make a living.  Fishing and other water related jobs will dwindle down and the economies of these places will become very bad.  Climate change is very real and needs to be addressed before it is too late!
